The apartment

You reach the 3-room apartment on the first floor, built in 1980, via one of the two staircases of the apartment complex. An elevator is present. From there, a door leads to the gallery, where you will find the entrance to the apartment. From here, you look out over the courtyard.

You enter the apartment through its entrance hall. The distribution cabinet is on the right. The apartment has double glazing, laminate flooring, an open kitchen, and a balcony at the rear.

Living room and kitchen area

From the entrance hall, you walk straight ahead to reach the pleasant living room. The large window at the back has blinds. Here you can set up a lovely sitting area.

From the living room, you step into the creamy white open kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-burner hob, extractor, oven (Atag), dishwasher (Bosch), sink, wood-coloured worktop, recessed spotlights and fitted cupboards. The kitchen offers room for a dining table.

A door in the kitchen brings you to the utility room with a washing machine connection. Here you can place your refrigerator. The heating is through city heating and the hot water supply through a rental boiler.

Bedrooms

You can reach the spacious primary bedroom on the gallery side from the entrance hall. It has two large windows providing plenty of light, and you can open their top windows.

The second bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment and can be reached from the living room. You could also use it as a walk-in closet, nursery or study. It has a tilt window and a door with a window from which you step onto the balcony.
