We use an online bidding system. There you can also read/download the documentation of the house. The bids will close automatically on Tuesday 23 May 2023 at 12:00 noon. If you have made a bid, your bid will not be visible to anyone. So also not for us as the selling broker or for the owner of the home. Only after Wednesday 23 May 12:00 are the bids visible to us as a broker and we will present them to the owner. Everyone will be informed by May 25 whether the bid has been accepted or not. If your bid has not been accepted, you will automatically receive a link to the bid log where you can see exactly which bids have been made when the house has been definitively sold. Of course it always remains completely anonymous who has bid and whether a personal message has been included with a bid.
