Layout:

The L-shaped hall provides access to all areas. The spacious L-shaped living room has double doors to the balcony at the front with afternoon/evening
sun. When you open these doors (for instance after returning home from work) you can sit on the balcony or inside in the sun. And a large bay window that allows plenty of light into the living room. Previously there were ensuite doors to the back room. That can always be brought back and a bedroom can be realized at the front if necessary. The living room has a solid oak floor with a herringbone pattern and a sleek black edge. The ceilings have a beautiful passage on the high walls (2.70 m), which gives this house a classy look.

The kitchen at the rear is L-shaped for which a new window has been placed instead of a door to the balcony. It concerns a, always neatly maintained, vanilla-colored Bruynzeel kitchen with various built-in appliances, including a gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination. The floor is fitted with strong linoleum floor plates. The bathroom is not spacious, but very efficiently laid out. The large windows let in a lot of light and offer a beautiful view of the lush green of the Daltonplantsoen. In this bedroom there is a practically arranged fixed closet and the stairs to the top floor where the attic room is situated. If necessary, it is possible to put in a rotated closed staircase so that there is direct access to the third bedroom using this staircase in the hallway. The balcony at the rear offers a beautiful view of the Daltonplantsoen and is ideal for a delicious breakfast and lunch in the sun, or to cool down on the hot days in the afternoon. The balcony also has a large balcony cupboard of approximately 1.3 m2. The Daltonplantsoen is a park rich in birds and the green oasis is home to a lot of new life in spring. The path through the park is also a much-chosen route to the local primary school, which at times entails conviviality.

The space in the attic was previously only accessible through the porch, but can now be reached directly from the house through the fixed staircase.
